The PCC has spent, in anticipation of the reordering the following sums

Ground penetrating radar and desk top archaeological investigation	£1,880
Architects fees	£1,682
Launch of charitable trust	£   178
Web Site	£2,000
Total to date December 2007	£6,621

 The PCC have agreed to designate £15,000.00 to the reordering funds

Budget building costs have been prepared and are included in the business plan
