20m x 20m approx for martial arts, badminton, dance - not loud music, and quiet parties
subject to hiring agreements 160 stacking chairs and selection Go-pack tables

Meeting room

4m x 15m carpeted with 10 quality padded chairs . Small tables and refreshment facilities

Kitchen

gas and electric cookers, sink, selection of crockery and cutlery

Mezzanine

open floor 

Church worship area

also available for hire for classical concerts and talks 100 blue upholstered chairs- total capacity 200 with stacking chairs
altar, font and lectern are moveable
basic PA system

Disabled access

on east side but at present no disabled access toilet

Car parking

for about 10 cars- very limited for unloading,
public pay car parks and street parking 5 mins walk away
